I started this tag by dry embossing the tag, then added some stamped images on tissue paper with mod podge, then using distress ink to add some colour to the background
Stamped another image from CI stamps C1-331 and cut out, coloured with distress inks, and the wet embossed, and bent a few times to give a bit of texture to it.
The butterfly is from Tim Holtz die and covered with lace and edge's distressed
This effect on the bottom with the flowers is using my new buy below
The mega flakes, I was very happy with the results
as you can  see from this picture they are quite lovely, and can be used  for stamping also
Thank you for your visit today sorry if the pictures are not as clear as I would have liked but quite a a dull day out there today!!!! Happy Sunday x x x Hugs May x x

You certainly captured Spring on this tag. The subtle colours, the way you incorporated texture and the glint from the flakes. So much for the eye to take in on one tag yet you created a beautiful composition, everything working together beautifully.
Thank you for joining us at the CI Challenge.

I love this tag. The vintage colours are right up my street and the effect of the mega flakes is gorgeous. I've never used these - are they glued on?
Beautiful! Julia

Are those mega flakes any easier to handle that my gilding flakes, where you cannot breathe in the same room otherwise they take off. They do give a wonderful effect though, especially after you have polished them hard. I look forward to seeing yu in the playground tomorrow morning. xx Maggie
