CHRISTMAS IN A JAR....

Hi Everyone,
I am recovering from a heavy cold & cough... It would be so nice to sleep... do you get that when you lie down you start coughing and can't stop!!! Horrid.. I'm Getting slowly better now!! Yikes!! there is snow in some parts on the UK... It is cold here in the South frosty mornings but no snow as yet!!

I have made a little Christmas decoration  after making my chutney I had a couple of little jars left over some I filled with sweets & decorated & this one I popped a little tree inside with some fake snow.. The greenery & berries on the top are from a wreath I bought in the pound shop and broke it up to use on several projects..can't complain for a pound eh!! the bows & trimmings are from my stash.. the little vintage image is from My Crafty Heart store... The tree is pink & glittered I thought my daughter would like it... she liked the tree but not the top of the jar  she thought it was over the top... Cheek of it eh!!! so I will be keeping this for my home at the festive season... Thank you so much for your visit today... Hugs May x x x

I will enter the above in the challenges:
Live and Love Crafts-- Anything but a card
2 Sisters Challenge--Christmas Sparkle
Challenge up your life--- 1st Snow

This is gorgeous May. Hope you are feeling better soon. I had a dreadful cough but fortunately there is a pharmacy close to where my son lives and they make up their own cough bottle and it makes you sleep - so I always have a stock of it.

...loving that super cute tree all covered in snow, the pink gives a warm glow to your jar, super festive topper too, beautiful...I adore Christmas and this time of year, cold snow and frost bring it on, there's nothing like a crisp Winter's day...hope you feel better soon May...Melxx :)

Sometimes sleeping in the recliner will help a wee bit! Awfull i know, but it is sleep nevertheless!

I like your pretty decoration. I love a good gander in my 3 local dollar stores. We have two that are fabulous, one that is pretty darn good and a couple that are total losers that I don't bother with.

You did a great job with this pretty decoration and your craft room is going to look so pretty. Love that vintage image too!

Awww...my sister was a florist for 20 something odd years, but I don't think she ever used vintage images in her flower decos, shame on her as it's a great idea!

Absolutely LOVE this, May. Looks like you'll have a home filled with many wonderful Christmas decorations.

Hugz,
Sandy
