SHABBY CHIC......

Hi Everyone,

I made a card to take part in a couple of challenges...Lets get Shabby site has a colour chart to follow :

Such Beautiful colours dont you think...Well here's my effort I hope you like it!!!

I used some Kraft card for the base, then added some Melissa Frances papers added a little Gesso & stamping to the paper...the muslin cloth I soaked in coffee to give it a aged look, used torn corrugated card on top..I cut the heart from white corrugated card & painted with acrylic paints..cream, sand, sea spray & linen ....the flowers & buttons are from my stash...

Thank you so much for your visit today...
Hugs May x x x

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

Those colors look like sherbert. ,,yum! May, your card is gorgeous -- I have never really known what shabby chic is but I do know that I love your creation. Of course I love everything you do!! What are my favorite parts? The large flower and the corrugated paper along with the muslin - looks good. I hope you are having a gay ole time in Merry England - wish I were there!!
