Altered Electics....Anything Goes....

Hi Everyone,
I think I have lost the plot.....this post was supposed to go up on the 1st Nov...it's now the 4th...YIKES....I really have been so busy at work I really do not know what day it is (clearly) So sorry to the lovely Elaine & my Teamie's at  ALTERED ELECTICS... This challenge runs for a month and we would love to see any of your altered projects....Have fun......

I made this from a piece of wood...I covered the background with some Graphic 45 paper.. then went a little crazy with the stamping....SU, Kaisercraft &Tim Holtz stamps were used...The main image is from Gecko coloured with promarkers... the little bird was wooden I embossed it with Tim Holtz embossing powder  the words are rub on's from 7 Gypsies ... I hope you like it x x x

Thank you for your visit today x x x x

Positively stunning. I so like this image from Gecko Galz as she is so versatile, for pretty art or full on Steampunk.
Adore the little birdie you added.

ooh its a real work of art - I love it! There is so much detail it must have taken ages! I never know what day it is! xx

I am grinning from ear to ear - what a vision you have kid! I do love graphic 45 papers. At present time, they are my favorite. If I had a skirt like this, the bird would probably escape from her cage and fly up my dress! You see what that finger is pointing at don't you!!!! Wonderful idea and very creative!

So cool that you used the wood as your base. You will have this much longer as it will withstand the test of time. Great idea.

I am going to try working on some frames next, if I ever get that challenge finished. I thought of you when I made the candle mason jar. That was the fall themed jar...I am thinking of making another candle mason jar in a shabby chic style. I have an old Crown Jar with a crown glass top...thought I would play up the
crown part.
