I went for altering a matchbox....here it is... I started by painting the box with two coats of  Gesso, then distressed the edges with some DI pumice stone...the image is from the company (digital paper) they have some beautiful images...I used some frantage on the metal corner piece...(aged ivory)  the flowers & ribbon are from my stash... I filled the inside with pearls... I hope you like it....as I type the sky has opened with the rain will it ever stop!!!!

Yes indeed May, Blogger is having a bad day or two, we had no end of problems with the Allsorts post this week.

This is a very pretty piece and the soft neutral colours blend so nicely with the pearls.
